This is a link to a shared document where you can view existing and add new requirements for the pitches we have available to us.

Simple select the date, pitch and timeslot you require and select your team from the dropdown list available.

This will be used by the fixtures secretary to book/cancel any pitches based on the need.

Instructions

1 Select the date/time & pitch that you require
2 Type the name of the team you wish to reserve the timeslot for. There is no need to save as the form autosaves
3 If you make a mistake simply overtype the cell with the correct information
4 Please select one of the team names from the list below
5 If you have any issues then let Brian or Kenny know
