Bourne Blades Membership Policy in Relation to the Inclusion of Players who Receive Pupil Premium.
Bourne Blades FC prides itself on being an inclusive club and strives to be anti- discriminatory in all areas. Membership fees are a necessity of being part of an active club, ensuring that all players have access to well maintained pitches, equipment and coaching and ensuring the club is compliant with aspects of insurance, FA status etc. Bourne Blades FC however recognise that occasionally a player may not be in a position to afford some or all of the membership fees. The Committee of Bourne Blades FC therefore state that for Players whose parents are in receipt of Pupil Premium (evidence must be supplied) then they may request a concession be applied to membership fees. The Committee will meet and discuss each player’s request on a case by case basis and determine the level of support which may be offered. Any recipient of support from the club must ensure that they comply with the rule and ethos of the club. The Committee reserves the right to withdraw support should the player no longer be in receipt of Pupil Premium and the player and parents of the player must inform the club should their circumstances change and they are no longer eligible to receive Pupil Premium.
